If you have completed the classroom course with exam package and the full online theory-app package, but you still don’t pass your CBR theory exam, we will arrange a new classroom course seat with an exam on the next available date(s). That’s your second chance under our 100% Pass Guarantee.
The 100% Pass Guarantee applies only to vehicle categories for which we offer both a classroom course and an online theory app. At this time, this covers the Car Theory in 1 Day course and the Online Car Theory package.
How it works
- Register for a classroom course with exam package via the Car Theory in 1 Day page.
- Also purchase the Online Car Theory package and complete all modules and practice exams in full.
- Sit the theory exam at the CBR.
- Didn’t pass? Submit your pass-guarantee request by email within 48 hours of your exam.
Terms & conditions (summary)
- You purchased both the classroom course exam package and the online theory-app package through our website.
- You attended the full classroom course and completed all chapters and practice exams in the online app in full, without skipping content or fast-clicking through.
- You took the theory exam on the agreed date.
- The guarantee applies only to the next theory exam after completion of the course and the app.
- You submit your pass-guarantee request within 48 hours after your CBR exam.
- The guarantee does not apply in cases of absence, fraud, or if the above conditions are not met.
- The guarantee applies to car theory only.
