Authorize us in just 10 easy steps
before we can reserve your exam, you will first have to give us ‘permission’. You do this by authorizing us as your trainer. And don’t worry, an authorization is not a payment. By authorizing us you only grant us the right to reserve your exam at the CBR. Without authorisation we can not reserve an exam for you, so it is important that you do this as soon as possible! Fortunately, it’s not that difficult, we’ve laid out the steps for you below.
Don’t have a DigiD yet?
If you do not yet have a DigiD, you must first apply for one. Once you’ve done this, be sure to complete the steps below as quickly as possible so we can take care of the rest for you!
Step 1
Go to mijn.cbr.nl and click on 'Log in'
Step 2
Enter your username and password or login with the DigiD-app
Step 3
After you have logged in click on 'Authorize your trainer'
Step 4
Click on 'Authorization for a theory test'.
Step 5
Select the vehicle you want to authorize us for: 'Car', 'Motorcycle' or 'Moped'
Step 6
Enter your e-mailadres
Step 7
Choose 'Theory exam passenger car', 'Motorcycle' or 'Moped'
Step 8
Click on 'Find your trainer by number' and enter our number 4060G8
Step 9
Read and agree with the terms and conditions
Step 10
Click on 'Find the trainer' and continue to complete the authorization

Cris is the best teacher and he knows what he is doing, if you trust and listen to him, all you need is 1.5 day to pass the theory exam and nothing else. Completely worth the time and money and I passed the exam with flying colors. I recommend this course for anyone who haven’t started preparing for the exam yet and want to get it done quickly.

Dankzij de cursus in 1x geslaagd. Wel heel intensief, want je krijgt veel info. En zonder voorbereiding, lukt slagen niet. Goede docent, erg duidelijk en prettige communicatie. Het bedrijf regelt bijna alles en dat is erg fijn, want je bent al nerveus genoeg. 👍🏽
Ik had een dagcursus met Mearvin en ben daarna geslaagd. Mearvin is heel goed en duidelijk en heeft leuke trucjes en grapjes. Als je goed naar hem luistert en zijn regels kun je zo slagen met 1 dag. Theorie Snel Halen is heel duidelijk en planned alles voor je. Het enige wat je hoeft te doen is een klein beetje huiswerk en op te komen dagen!

Geweldige uitleg van beide docenten, Karan en Kris waren top en wisten goed ons op de vroege ochtend wakker te schudden. Zodat wij de stof (nogmaals) konden oppakken, door ezelsbruggetjes, kon ik bijvoorbeeld de verschillende soorten kruispunten, goed uit elkaar halen. Hele fijne uitleg, nog een extra pluim voor Kris, want Kris was enorm enthousiast en had een gigantische glimlach, de hele les door.

Definitely worth it! They do what they promise, and I passed easily. Kris was exceptional at keeping everyone's attention, and my mind didn't drift at all actually. It was very easy to stay focused and understand everything clearly. I had only 3 mistakes in hazard perception, and only one in each of the other sections. A huge thank you to the TSH team and I will definitely be recommending this course! 🙂
Ik vond de cursus heel duidelijk. Alles werd heel goed en op een rustige tempo uitgelegd. Als je iets niet begreep aan het einde van de cursus, werd je gelijk geholpen door de vragen opnieuw door te lopen. Dit hielp enorm. I have taken my theory exam in one go and with all the help from our teacher Mr. Kris. He has such patience during class and explains so well, very funny and open minded profesor and you can clearly feel the years of experience and dedication in this field! Through this way I would like to thank you so much for your help and commitment! For the new students my advice is: If you wanna take your theory in one go too, just straight up go for the class, pay attention to the information he's giving you and listen carefully, take your notes, try not to put so many questions as he will get through all the steps in class, don't interrupt and eyes and ears open to what he explains! Zeer praktische videos met duidelijke uitleg en oefeningen die je helpen om te leren. Echter, verschillende technische problemen ondervonden bij het gebruik met een iphone SE om toegang te krijgen tot examenoefeningen. Follow-up met helpdesk heeft problemen nog niet opgelost. How long is the theory exam certificate valid?
Your theory certificate is valid for 1.5 years. This means that you must pass for the practical exam within a year and a half otherwise your theory will expire.
Will I be taken to the CBR?
The CBR in Amsterdam is within walking distance of our course location. We do our utmost to reserve your exam in Amsterdam, but unfortunately there aren’t always spots in Amsterdam. To ensure that you can take your theory exam after the course, we will in some cases reserve the exam at another CBR location. But don’t worry, if the distance is a bit further, we will arrange transport to the CBR and back to our course location.
I have fear of failure, can I still pass for my theory exam?
Theorie Snel Halen employs expert teachers who have a great deal of experience in teaching students who suffer from performance anxiety. Our teaching method is extremely effective, even for students who are fearful of failure. In addition, you will take a lot of practice exams during the course, so that you can take the CBR exam with a confident feeling.
What if I don’t pass the theory exam?
Should you desire another opportunity for the course and exam, you can effortlessly re-register through the website. Plus, if you do so within six months of your prior attempt, you’ll receive a generous 50-euro discount as a token of our appreciation! Alternatively, if you solely wish to retake only the exam, you can arrange it independently through the CBR website.
What do the terms “small”, “reasonable” or “high” mean on the website?
During registration you can filter theory courses by the following three terms: “small”, “reasonable” or “high”. The terms indicate how much chance you have of actually getting a reservation at the CBR for the theory exam on your indicated “preferred date”. The closer the date, the more difficult it is to find an exam spot at the CBR. Since we depend on the available sloths at the CBR, we unfortunately cannot guarantee any date for a 100%. But don’t worry! If we can’t find a spot on your preferred date, we will always consult with you and find a suitable alternative for you.
