How long is the theory exam certificate valid?
Your theory certificate is valid for 1.5 years. This means that you must pass for the practical exam within a year and a half otherwise your theory will expire.
How do I download the online theory app?
You can find the theory app under the name Theorie Snel Halen in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
I have a problem in the Theory App
Open the app and click on the question mark. Send an email and from here our Tech-support can assist you directly and take a look.
Can I also extend my online theory package?
Yes, of course! You can extend your online theory package once for the length of 7 days.
Open the Theorie Snel Halen app and enter your login details (if you haven’t already done so)
- Click on the gear icon ⚙️ for settings at the top right of the screen.
- Under the heading Account you can see how long you still have access and whether your package has already expired.
- Then click on the first heading to extend your package.
Do I have to book the theory exam myself or will you do that?
The inclusion of this feature relies on the package you choose during registration. If you register for the course with the CBR exam, this service comes bundled in. Simply grant us authorization, and we’ll manage the exam booking on your behalf.
